Production Team: Focuses on feeding models to generate outputs for reporting. Requires a blend of technical and business knowledge, with heavy use of Tableau for reporting. Analytics Team: Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and the risk team. They explain the models’ forecasts, losses, and framework to stakeholders. They need business acumen as well as technical knowledge.
