Key Responsibilities: Support Property Manager in overseeing vendors and ensuring service quality across building operations Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and work orders to maintain property standards Manage contracts, documentation, and compliance tracking Assist with incident reporting, insurance claims, and issue resolution Support construction and project coordination, including tracking and documentation Maintain building records, files, and internal systems Assist with budgeting, purchase orders, and financial processes Serve as tenant liaison, handling requests, amenities, events, and lease-related support Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 1+ years of commercial property management experience.
