These principles shape how we serve our residents, support our teams, and care for our communities.Position OverviewAs the Assistant Property Manager, you will be a key driver of the property's day-to-day operations, supporting the Property Manager in maintaining high standards of management and resident satisfaction. You will act as a champion for residents and team members, living our values by ensuring every interaction is respectful, intentional, and contributes to a thriving community.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily property operations while modeling People Come First, ensuring residents feel valued and supportedManage resident relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and empatheticallySupport financial management including rent collection and accurate record-keeping, acting with purpose in all transactionsAssist with leasing responsibilities: showings, applications, move-ins/move-outs, and final unit walks, delivering a consistent and welcoming experienceCoordinate maintenance requests and follow up to maintain safe, functional, and well-presented homes (Rooted in Sustainability)Support marketing and retention initiatives to attract new residents and foster long-term community engagementCollaborate with colleagues to achieve operational and financial goals, cultivating and elevating team success and shared growthQualifications/RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
