Construction Project Coordinator

Ocala, FL | $50K-$60K/year | Monday-Friday
Schedule: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM OR 7:30 AM-4:00 PM


We're looking for a highly organized, computer-savvy Construction Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and leadership from project start-up through closeout.


What You'll Do:

  • Set up and maintain project files and documentation
  • Coordinate permits, notices, bonds, subcontractors, and insurance
  • Prepare and submit project submittals
  • Manage purchase orders and rental equipment
  • Assist with billing, change orders, lien waivers, and AR tracking
  • Handle safety and compliance documentation
  • Coordinate project closeout, warranties, and O&M documents
  • Support Project Managers and communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years administrative experience required
  • 3+ years construction/electrical Industry experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook & Adobe/PDF skills
  • Strong computer skills and quick learner
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
BuildOps and Paylocity experience is NOT required - we need someone who is comfortable with technology and can learn quickly.
