Job Title: Onsite Recruiter

Location: Las Vegas, NV(Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours

Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire

Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $35-$40/hr DOE, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Exceptional candidates with directly relevant experience may be considered up to $45.00/hr

Position Overview

We're looking for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys recruiting. In this onsite role, you'll support high-volume light industrial hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers to recruit for warehouse, forklift, production, shipping & receiving, inventory, and other operational positions. Success in this role comes from building strong candidate pipelines, communicating effectively, staying organized, and delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to keep hiring moving efficiently.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting high-volume light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution positions.
• Agency staffing, internal recruiting, or a combination of both.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted hiring manager relationships.
• Resourceful, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Experience using an ATS and sourcing tools.
