Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify suitable insurance products for clients.
• Present and explain insurance policies, including coverage details, terms, and conditions.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery.
• Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding their policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
