Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst

Acting as the primary contact for IT issues related to revenue cycle software, the full-time Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst will provide first-level support, manage system configurations, and lead data processing projects in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Supports revenue cycle applications and monitors system performance, addressing errors as needed Develops and manages department databases and reports to assist in issue resolution Leads revenue cycle projects, ensuring optimal functionality through testing and documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field with two years of revenue cycle applications experience, or a High School Diploma with six years of experience Proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar module Experience in hospital billing and revenue cycle reporting Ability to independently oversee system configurations and design options Experience in preparing test scripts and participating in software testing
