CBO Business Operation Analyst Revenue Cycle

Job Description With minimal supervision, actively collaborates with CBO teams and payors to enhance efficiencies, maintain system profiles, and reduce errors/denials that cause inflow and preventable loss write-offs. This role may also serve as a liaison between clinical departments, information services, the Helios team, and external vendors. Participates in and coordinates system or process improvements. REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Finance, IT, or related field, OR a minimum of 7 years of experience in Hospital or Professional Billing, Contracting, Payment Variances, or other Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience 2 years of healthcare experience, preferably at a large, complex, integrated healthcare organization Knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid guidelines and other third-party billing rules Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Outstanding interpersonal skills with strong diplomacy and collaboration abilities Ability to manage complex, simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources and presenting findings to leadership for decision support
