Business AnalystLocation: Troy, MIDuration: ContractOverall 14+ yearsUnderstand and hold the responsibility for all business functionality being delivered by the development teamResponsibilities:Work closely with the client BA's and understand the unattended retail businessUnderstand the specific business behavior of the existing retail administrative softwareUnderstand the interplay between administrative software, the terminals, specialized vending machines and the payment systemsWork with the development team to elaborate on the Epics, Features and user storiesBe the reference point for the development and testing team for all functional clarificationsParticipate in client cadence calls for project intake and clarificationsValidate the release deliverables before it goes into production.Must be ready to work from Troy, MI locationSkills - Must Have:Understanding of applications developed in JavaMinimum 8 years of experience as a lead BA for enterprise projects in Retail domainUnderstanding of Unattended retail businessMust have worked in Agile projectsExperience in onshore-offshore coordinationWell versed with using collaboration tools such as JIRA, ConfluenceStrong documentation skills: awareness of FRS, Agile documentationGood interpersonal and communication skillsSkills – Nice to Have:Strong exposure to JiraExperience in Manual / Automated QA is added advantage
