As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Lobby Host in Richardson, TX , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you. Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities for a financial services location. Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site guidelines. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed. Answer phones, support lobby and reception operations, and help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of front desk activity and following established reporting procedures. Complete logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to front desk operations and security-related activities in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
