Data Entry - I9 Verification

LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-known nonprofit organization to hire a Seasonal I-9 Data Entry & Verification Specialist to support a large-scale seasonal hiring initiative. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data and documentation .

In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing and auditing a high volume of I-9 documentation , entering information accurately, and ensuring employee records are complete and properly maintained. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with ADP, E-Verify, and Excel while supporting an important seasonal hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit I-9 documentation for completeness and accuracy

• Verify information against supporting documentation and identify discrepancies

• Enter and maintain I-9 information within ADP

• Utilize E-Verify ; training will be provided

• Track I-9 volume and completed documentation using Excel and internal logs

• Perform data entry, printing, copying, scanning, and filing

• Organize and maintain both electronic and physical records

• Provide general administrative support as needed

• Potentially assist the Accounts Payable team during slower periods

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Previous data entry, administrative, HR, or compliance experience is a plus

• Comfortable working with high volumes of information and documentation

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Comfortable working between electronic systems and physical paperwork

• E-Verify experience is not required — training will be provided

Key Details:

• Compensation: $20-25 per hour

Schedule & Opportunity
This is a seasonal position offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule of approximately 9:00 AM–3:30 PM , with a 30-minute unpaid lunch (approximately 30 hours per week). Hours may increase based on business needs.

The role will support approximately 600–700 I-9s , with the busiest period running from early October through Christmas.
