Base pay range $44.00/hr - $54.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Motion Recruitment Senior Manager, Enterprise Talent Services at Motion Recruitment Our client, a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer, is hiring a Budget Analyst to join their team in Charlotte, NC! This role will be fully on-site. *This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered!* In this role, you will be developing and maintaining budget analysis and reporting tools that are utilized by department heads and budget administrators when analyzing the monthly results. You will be performing financial analysis of internal financial statements and investigating significant budget variances. Responsibilities: Document all procedures and processes, and perform process improvement initiatives to streamline the reporting Support the Global Trade Customs Team with the preparation of customs reporting and metrics Analyze data and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure compliance Generate regular reports on import/export activity, compliance, and any other identified issues Skills: 3+ years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of PowerB I is a plus Prior experience with import/export, logistics, shipping, or customs is a plus Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
