Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)

This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Annual volume: 35,000 patients
Shift times: Saturday-Friday
Back up specialties available: Not specified
Physician and ancillary support: Sponsoring physician required for application submission; candidates will be considered for coverage at both Piedmont Macon Medical Center Emergency Medicine and Piedmont Macon North Emergency Medicine
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Not specified
Certifications required: Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) or Trauma Course, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Board Certification required through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) for Nurse Practitioners, or National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for Physician Assistants
