Property Manager

Mixed-use: RV, multifamily, retail, storage, flex/industrial, office, commercial condos RV park and extended-stay RV operations (Riverdance RV Resort — high-activity) Small multifamily residential units Retail buildings and commercial condos Self storage and parking storage Light industrial / flex and office space Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant communication across all asset types Manage lease renewals, rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and move-in/move-out coordination Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships — schedule, follow up, and close out Track and report on key performance metrics across the portfolio Assist the reservation manager on reservations and workflows for the RV park Keep property management software current and accurate Manage inbound emails and calls daily — tenants, vendors, onsite staff, and ownership all come through this role and response time matters Handle general administrative duties including document management, correspondence tracking, and follow-up across multiple active workstreams Flag issues early and bring solutions, not just problems Own reporting, tenant communications, and special projects — working closely with the Business Director to keep the portfolio running smoothly Work closely with onsite staff including facility managers and reservations managers — keeping them organized, informed, and supported from a distance Serve as a day-to-day point of coordination for third-party property managers we utilize across the portfolio Hold field teams accountable to standards, timelines, and follow-through without being physically present Communicate clearly across roles and seniority levels — from boots-on-the-ground staff to ownership Help build systems and processes that make the whole team more effective over time 3–5+ years of property management experience, ideally across multiple asset classes Commercial and/or multifamily background strongly preferred Experience managing or coordinating with onsite staff, facility teams, or third-party managers Proven ability to manage remote relationships and hold teams accountable without being on-site Comfortable working across time zones with a U.S.-based team Strong written and verbal English communication Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable — you do what you say you’ll do Natural communicator who can adapt their style depending on who they’re talking to Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 — this role runs on email and calendar management and you need to be fast and organized in both Proactive communicator — you update people before they have to ask Calm under pressure and good at juggling competing priorities High ownership mindset — treats the portfolio like it’s your own Experience with RV parks, glamping, or short-term rental operations Experience with Yardi, Buildium or similar platforms Background using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) in a professional setting Experience managing or overseeing third-party property management relationships Small team, real responsibility — you’ll actually matter here Portfolio with genuine variety — no two days are the same Company that’s actively building something, not just managing legacy assets Leadership that invests in the right people for the long term Remote-first flexibility with a collaborative, high-trust culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Fortius Capital
