Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results to determine student needs and eligibility for services.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention strategies.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing recommendations that support student success.
• Consult with school staff on behavioral, academic, and social-emotional interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Assist with crisis prevention, intervention, and student support services as needed.
• Monitor student progress and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations.
• Build positive relationships with students, families, and school personnel to foster a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid Arizona School Psychologist certification/license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing comprehensive reports.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
