What You'll Do

• Provide patient care in the cardiac cath lab, supporting complex interventional procedures
• Circulate, scrub, and monitor patients during procedures such as coronary angiography, TAVR, MitraClip, and peripheral interventions
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation under protocol
• Assess critical patient statuses and respond accordingly
• Support the use of advanced equipment like Impella, IABP, and laser atherectomy systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, anesthesia, and support staff
• Float between multiple facilities ensuring coverage and continuity of care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or current state license with reciprocity
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year RN experience, with recent Cath Lab experience
• Ability to scrub, circulate, and monitor in interventional procedures
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• Experience with complex cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
• Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and advanced cardiac devices (Impella, IABP, etc.)
• Ability to support multiple functions (circulating, scrubbing, monitoring)
