What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including complex interventional procedures such as TAVR, MitraClip, and coronary diagnostic/therapeutic interventions
• Assist in hemodynamic monitoring and patient assessment during procedures
• Perform scrub, circulate, and monitor functions, supporting a variety of cases involving coronary artery disease, STEMI, valvular disease, and peripheral vascular conditions
• Support and operate sophisticated imaging and monitoring equipment such as Philips imaging systems and merge hemodynamic systems
• Collaborate with the team on post-procedure patient care and documentation
• Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier facilities, performing duties in a fast-paced, diverse environment

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience with at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate in complex cardiovascular procedures
• Experience with vasoactive drugs, sedation, critical patient assessment, and sterile technique

Preferred:

• Experience operating Merge hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Additional skills in intra-cardiac support devices (Impella, IABP, Laser, Lithotripsy)
• Flexibility to float between facilities and handle multi-function roles

This position is based at a leading medical center in Bossier City, LA, supporting the Cardiovascular and Interventional departments. The role involves floating between facilities, supporting a variety of complex interventional procedures, in a highly collaborative and technologically advanced environment. You will be part of a dedicated team providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
