Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Maintain and nurture existing client relationships through regular check-ins and policy reviews.

Process incoming requests and service changes with accuracy and care.

Educate policyholders on coverage options to ensure they feel confident and protected.

Identify gaps in coverage and proactively offer appropriate solutions that add value to the client's situation.

Collaborate with the team to reach agency growth goals while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

Process customer policy change requests.

Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Maintain knowledge of new products and services.

Prospecting and generating new business through leads referral sources.

Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.

Requirements

Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (required).

Prior experience in customer service, sales, or financial services.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.

Minimum education: Associate’s degree

Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
