Responsible for the end-to-end technical development and execution of global email and product notification campaigns that support key lifecycle, product, and event initiatives.

Job Description:
Responsible for the end-to-end technical development and execution of global email and product notification campaigns that support key lifecycle, product, and event initiatives.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience building and deploying email campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce, Zeta Global, or Braze
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS; familiarity with Javascript for email customization
- Strong SQL skills for writing queries in Snowflake to support segmentation and reporting
- Experience supporting marketing automation workflows
- Deep understanding of QA processes, localization, and email delivery best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with internal Apple tools
- Familiarity with event and certification platforms (e.g., event management tools, certification portals)
- Knowledge of content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience documenting processes and operational workflows
- Enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and improving workflows over time
