Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: Weekend; On Call; 9 | Pay Rate: $106.70 - $115.50

Our organization is in search of a Cardiovascular Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) to provide locum tenens support, addressing an immediate need within our facility.

Opportunity Details and Requirements:

• Schedule:
  • Hospital: Monday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Clinic: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • On Call: 6:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Case Types: Endoscopic and radial artery harvesting, interpretation of electrocardiograms, X-rays, lab results, ECMO, IABP, and Impella. Responsibilities include rounding on post-operative inpatients, assisting in surgeries, and seeing patients in the clinic.
• Licensing Requirements: Must possess an active California state medical license, be Board Certified, and hold certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and a Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA).
• Electronic Medical Record System: Experience with EPIC is preferred.
