Sales Associate

The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and assisting with merchandise selection and purchases. They are responsible for operating cash registers, stocking and rotating merchandise, cleaning the store, and supporting store profitability and asset protection. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience. Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and assist with bagging merchandise. Follow merchandising procedures, unpack, stock, and build displays. Maintain store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and setting up displays. Qualifications & Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of safety policies and basic cash handling procedures. Ability to read planograms and merchandise presentation guides. Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform cash register functions. Ability to stock merchandise and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40-55 pounds, bending, and climbing. Preferred Education & Conditions: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
