Senior Healthcare Recruiter / Client Liaison Lead

Health Source Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and solutions-driven professional to join our growing team as a Senior Healthcare Recruiter / Client Liaison Lead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior healthcare staffing agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow alongside an expanding organization while working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to successfully fill client staffing needs from sourcing through placement
- Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, schools, and healthcare facilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between the agency and assigned client accounts to ensure high levels of service and responsiveness
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and database searches
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling needs while maintaining organized communication with clinical staff, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement and follow-up throughout the hiring process
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to meet recruiting goals and client expectations
- Assist with credentialing coordination, staffing operations, and other office responsibilities as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive client and employee information
- Meet recruiting metrics, placement goals, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Approach challenges with professionalism, urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of healthcare staffing agency recruiting experience required
- Prior experience recruiting for hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, schools, or healthcare organizations strongly preferred
- Experience staffing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, aides, and other healthcare professionals
- Previous account management, staffing coordination, or client relationship experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Experience working with ATS platforms, MSP programs, and healthcare staffing systems preferred
- Proficiency using job boards and recruiting platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and similar tools
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment with changing priorities
