Sr. Business Systems Analyst - HR Systems

As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) focused on HR Systems, you'll be a crucial link between business requirements and technology solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, project teams, and development teams to define requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful system implementations. Your proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery systems will drive efficient enhancements to the Human Resources team.

Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment. Employees are expected to come into the office a minimum of 4 days per week. Sponsorship to work in the US is not available at this time. Relocation is not available at this time.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with various Human Resource tools and processes
• Experience working with geographically distributed product owners
• Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HRIS system (or similar system), specifically Recruiting, Learning, and Performance and Goal Management modules
• Integration experience: writing Functional Specifications, create test scripts and perform unit testing
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal

Education & Work Preferences

Bachelor's or College Degree in Computer Science, Business, Education, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Technical, Management, or related fields. Minimum 6 years of technology-related work experience. At least 2 years of experience in HR systems. Exposure to agile methodologies.

Our Total Rewards package in aggregate is above market and includes competitive pay, paid time off programs, peer-to-peer recognition, health and life insurance, wellness programs and incentives, and generous retirement savings. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $128,000 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors. This position is also eligible to participate in the Hollister Corporate Bonus Plan.
