For more information, visit Profile: The Logistics Coordinator critical to driving business execution and increasing overall company sales by providing proactive, critical administrative support to the US Power Sales Managers to enable them to go out and increase their customer and sales revenue.Primary Job RoleProvides support to the Sales Manager within the US Power Commercial team.This position requires exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, critical thinking and the ability to operate with discretion and urgency. Provides essential operational and administrative support to the Sales Manager to ensure seamless execution of rental projects. This role coordinates equipment logistics, manages documentation, supports customer communication, and helps drive efficient order processing from initial quote through project completion.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support & CoordinationAssist sales representative with preparing quotes, proposals, and rental agreementsEnter and maintain accurate order information in internal systems (Flex/CRM)Track sales pipeline activity and support follow-ups with customersCoordinate project details between sales, operations, logistics, and service teamsEnsure all required documentation (contracts, credit approvals, insurance certificates) is complete prior to mobilizationRental Operations CoordinationSchedule equipment deliveries, pickups, and onsite service supportVerify equipment availability and coordinate with operations teamsAssist in creating and maintaining project timelines and schedulesMonitor ongoing rentals and communicate status updates to customers and internal teamsSupport job closeout activities, including equipment returns and final billingCustomer Service & CommunicationServe as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to active rentalsProvide timely updates on order status, scheduling, and service issuesMaintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of service and satisfactionAdministrative DutiesMaintain organized digital and physical project filesProcess purchase orders, invoices, and billing support documentationPrepare reports and dashboards for sales and operations teamsSupport general office tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and document preparationRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)2+ years of administrative, coordination, or sales support experienceStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsDesired QualificationsExperience in equipment rental, construction, power generation, or industrial servicesFamiliarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar)Experience supporting field operations or logistics coordinationExperience in Autocad #J-18808-Ljbffr Ces-Power-LLC
