VPP provides operational, financial, HR, recruiting, and marketing support so you can focus on clinical excellence and team development. VPP supports more than 190 hospitals nationwide and over 200 doctor partners, including more than 100 first‑time veterinary owners. Primary Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Establish and uphold medical standards and practice protocols. Guide case management and clinical decision making. Ensure high quality patient care and clear client communication. Oversee medical record accuracy and charge capture. Identify opportunities to expand services and patient care offerings. Team and Practice Leadership Support hiring and onboarding of veterinarians and support staff. Mentor associate veterinarians and support team development. Contribute to operational strategy and scheduling efficiency. Foster a collaborative, team‑first culture. Financial Oversight Drive revenue growth while maintaining medical excellence. Participate in annual planning and performance review. Support marketing and community engagement initiatives. Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent. Active New York veterinary license or ability to obtain. 3+ years clinical experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills.
