Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking For

As a Press Helper you will assist the Operator in all duties required for the operation of the offset press, to include assurance of quality of printed image and accurate registration. The Press Helper must independently read job tickets to understand specifications and consistently ensure plates and paper are staged for the next job.

From Set up to Finish: Your Role in the Process

• Independently read and understand job tickets
• Identify correct weight, brand, and finish of paper
• Hang proper plates according to job ticket
• Maintain clean press and work area
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot roll and skid feeders
• Enter time, materials, and costs into computer system

The Fine Print: What you need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be quality minded and pay attention to detail
• Must have a good work and attendance record
• Basic computer skills
• Mathematical skills necessary to compute percentages, weights, and measures
• Strong communication skills

Your Production Schedule:

• Day Shift- 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM 12hr rotating schedule: Monday - Wednesday; Thursday - Saturday
• Overtime available
