You will: - Set up (make-ready) and operate press equipment - Maintain color quality and mechanical accuracy to meet standards - Monitor production quality and make real-time adjustments - Lead and support crew members to meet production goals - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting - Complete production documentation and reporting Equipment Experience (Preferred) We're especially interested in candidates with experience operating: - Offset Presses: Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, Manroland - Sheetfed Presses: KBA, Heidelberg, Komori - Digital Presses: Indigo, Ricoh, FUJI, Landa - Die Cutters: Bobst (Expertcut, Spanthera, Vision Cut) **Experience with other equipment will also be considered. What You Bring - 2-3+ years of print operator experience (setup and operation) - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment - Basic computer skills for production systems and quality checks Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and perform repetitive hand movements.
