Role Description
This is a remote position.

You're the operational backbone that keeps payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and client coordination moving — especially when priorities compete and deadlines stack up. From organizing employee documentation for submission to making sure billing cycles close accurately, your work directly supports how the business performs and how people experience it.
You thrive on staying one step ahead, managing multiple responsibilities across departments, and resolving issues before they escalate. Whether you're screening a candidate, catching a billing discrepancy, coordinating a leadership meeting, or updating an SOP that's been overdue — you bring consistency, accuracy, and a people-first mindset to everything you touch.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll, invoicing, and administrative support.
- Critical thinker who can identify problems and implement fixes independently.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Fast learner who adapts quickly and avoids repeating mistakes.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.
- Enjoys building and improving processes.
- Quick to learn new software and systems.
- Willingness to work in a US time zone schedule.
Requirements
- At least a 720p HD webcam.
- A noise-canceling headset.
- A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
- A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source.
- A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM.
