Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll, invoicing, and administrative support.
• Critical thinker who can identify problems and implement fixes independently.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Fast learner who adapts quickly and avoids repeating mistakes.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across departments.
• Enjoys building and improving processes.
• Quick to learn new software and systems.
• Willingness to work in a US time zone schedule.

Requirements

• At least a 720p HD webcam.
• A noise-canceling headset.
• A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
• A backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source.
• A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM.
• A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM.
