Site Superintendent

Location: Clifton Park, NY Job #: 5742 Category: Construction Position Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire Our client is currently seeking a Site Superintendent - Residential to join their residential team, assisting the Project Manager with overseeing all site activities. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits. Responsibilities Include Supervise daily job site operations and company employees. Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the Project Manager and field operations. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and inspections. Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Maintain project documentation, including plans, change orders, timecards, and delivery records. Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and the Project Manager. Qualifications: 10+ years of construction experience is required, with prior Superintendent experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
