As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients.A Day in the LifeThe Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. Experience representing borrowers is also a plus.
