LINE SERVER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Position Overview We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time LINE SERVER positions at Inova Fairfax Medical Center (3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA 22042). Online application only. Full‑time schedules: 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 3:00 pm–8:00 pm; part‑time schedules: 6:00 am–2:00 pm or 3:00 pm–8:00 pm; rotating weekends. Days may vary. Pay: $17.65–$17.90 per hour. $750 benefit: half at 90 days, remainder at 180 days. Job Summary Responsible for the final preparation of all food items served in the food‑service area in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures. May be directed by the kitchen supervisor, relief manager or team leader to ensure that quality service is provided at all times. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide quality customer service with one‑on‑one attention to detail. Participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for presentation, sanitation and safety, meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines and portion control. Clean work area and equipment used in food preparation and service. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures and deliver food items to and from the main kitchen. Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for residents, staff and self. Cooperate with staff of other departments in performing job duties. Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others. Perform other duties as assigned.
