Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Fulton, Missouri

An opportunity is available for an Interim Pharmacist in Charge to support an inpatient behavioral health facility in St. Charles, MO. This role is essential to maintaining pharmacy operations during a transitional period and is expected to last approximately four weeks until a permanent hire is in place. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 30-minute unpaid meal break.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage medication distribution and repackaging processes
• Utilize automated medication management systems, including loading drugs and generating restock reports
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care in a behavioral health setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Missouri pharmacist license required
• Experience as a Pharmacist in Charge preferred
• Familiarity with Omnicell automation systems highly valued
• Skills with repackaging medications using Milt/Medi-dose or HCL systems considered a strong asset
• Basic proficiency in loading medications into automated machines and running restock reports
