Responsibilities Prospect via phone and email, perform professional follow‑up on leads, and generate new business opportunities. Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound calls. Use Salesforce.com and other sales automation tools to provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Make 60–80 calls/emails per day to generate qualified meetings through cold calling, responding to inbound calls, and following up with leads from marketing programs and sales campaigns. Build relationships and effectively communicate with territory sales teams and management. Support a worldwide sales team. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation (B2B high‑tech industries preferred). Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening and writing abilities. High‑volume cold‑calling experience. Highly motivated, self‑starting, and goal‑driven. Experience with sales training and Salesforce.com is a plus. Ability to generate prospective customers through cold calling and growth hacking. Transition opportunities to appropriate Key Account Manager. Proven success in lead generation and lead qualification. Comfortable prospecting via phone, email, mail, and other account development activities.
