Position Overview Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Test Asset Management Technical Services Specialist to join our team in Everett, WA. In this fast‑paced, hands‑on position you will support Flight Test operations to be mission ready, ensuring equipment readiness and continuity for Flight Test programs such as the 777X and 737 MAX by managing, tracking, delivering, and maintaining vital test assets across labs, aircraft, and locations. Position Responsibilities Manage 1,100+ Flight Test assets Store, manage and track all Flight Test equipment Maintain database records Dispose of surplus, obsolete, and damaged equipment Restock and relocate test equipment during refurbish process Pick up Dar media from airplane and deliver to data‑log station (TDRS) Support Seattle or Everett Flight Test asset management and operations Pay close attention to details and customer requirements Work under minimal direction Basic Qualifications (Required) Meet U.S. export control compliance requirements – must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. Valid driver’s license Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suites Ability to lift 35–40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift 1+ years of experience with shipping and receiving 1+ years of experience with reviewing and approving invoices 1+ years of experience with maintaining equipment inventory Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Level 3: 3+ years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to drive a service van Ability to use small lifting mechanisms for heavy equipment Drug‑Free Workplace Boeing is a Drug‑Free Workplace and post‑offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met as outlined in our policies. Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
