The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with a passion for data integrity, playing a crucial part in supporting our data-driven projects. Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain large volumes of data across various company databases and systems. Review and verify data for errors, omissions, or duplications, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and integrity. Prepare and organize source documents for data entry, identifying and interpreting data to be entered. Collaborate with our technical teams to support the data requirements for AI, RPA, and Big Data projects. Perform regular data quality checks and contribute to data cleansing initiatives. Adhere strictly to data privacy and security policies, handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Generate reports and retrieve data from systems for analysis as required by the team. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar role. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying data inconsistencies. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
