Paralegal

Adams & Martin Group is actively recruiting for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal position to join a busy law firm. This position is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite work model. Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial, including client communication and file management. Review medical records and bills; draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Coordinate depositions, medical exams, and court dates; track deadlines and ensure compliance. Prepare discovery responses and assist with trial prep, including organizing exhibits and trial binders. Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel to gather and exchange information. Maintain case management systems and summarize depositions and medical reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law. Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
