Office Associate

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented direct hire Office Associate to serve as the face of our distributorship. In this role, you will effectively manage our front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, administrative paperwork, and general accounting tasks. This position provides critical support to our distributor operations and requires a professional who can transition seamlessly between administrative, accounting, and warehouse support duties.

salary: $45,760 - $47,840 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Manage AP/AR, process vendor invoices, collections, POs, and delivery tickets.
• Reporting: Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
• Data: Verify deposits and manage data for handheld devices.
• Service: Handle customer inquiries (phone/in-person) and retail support.
• Admin: Maintain dealer database, assist with inventory counts, and support driver programs.

Qualifications:

• Education: HS Diploma/equivalent (college preferred).
• Experience: 1+ year in admin support (warehouse/retail) and bookkeeping (AP/AR). Customer-facing experience required.
• Skills: MS Office (Outlook/Excel), data entry, multi-line phone systems.
• Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Environment:

• Office-based role within a warehouse. Exposure to machinery, equipment, fumes, and chemicals.
• Physical: Requires standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Prolonged computer/phone use. PPE may be required.
