Bookkeeper/Part Time

In this role, you will work closely with our principles and office manager. Maintain accurate financial records. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions, bringing the books to the trial balance stage, and gather information for completing tax forms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting. Responsibilities Reconcile monthly financial statements Enter financial data and transactions Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered Prepare trial balance Analyze budgets and other financial information Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Complete required tax forms Prepare checks (bi-weekly) for independent contractors Qualifications 2 years experience Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems Strong mathematical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Easily accessible for calls, texts & email communication Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr BRETT V CURTIS MD & ASSOCIATES A PR
