PetWise is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate in Novato, CA to ensure accurate customer accounts and healthy cash flow. You’ll post payments, resolve discrepancies, support collections, and maintain documentation for an ecommerce-focused operation. Reporting to the Accounting and Revenue Manager, you’ll work on aging analyses, respond to customer inquiries, and help drive AR process improvements across teams.
