Energetic leader with the ability to develop and mentor a top performing service drive team. Leader with a proven track record of delivering on goals while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. Ability to collaborate with other departments and build great teams. Qualifications 3-5 Years of Previous Service Advisor experience is Required Previous Service Lane Management Experience Preferred Ability to develop, coach and mentor Service Drive Staff. Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience. Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience (CDK experience preferred) Maintain accountability of supervised staff. Implement and follow a strong T.O. and CSI follow up process.
