Your Role As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll drive restaurant operations, ensuring teams deliver exemplary food and service while upholding the highest health and safety standards. You’ll manage administration, sales, profitability, staffing, and training, and work closely with your team to guide them toward success. What You’ll Be Doing Set the Stage for Success: Establish and implement operating goals and objectives that align with our vision. Staffing: Assess staffing needs, recruit talent, and coach staff to grow and excel in their roles. Standard Operating Procedures: Prepare, implement, and manage SOPs to ensure smooth operations. Operational Coordination: Coordinate restaurant operations during shifts and interact with guests to ensure exceptional experiences. Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage preparation and presentation to guarantee high-quality standards. Financial Management: Analyze food and beverage costs, monitor sales and revenue, and establish financial controls. Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve deviations from SOPs and implement operational improvements.
