Job Summary The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls from healthcare members and providers, addressing inquiries related to billing, eligibility, benefits, and general member services. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance, though conversion is not guaranteed. The role is remote following ONSITE for first 90 days approximately for nesting and training in Corona, CA.
