Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Corona, CA, supporting logistics, shipping, and order coordination within an industrial facilities and infrastructure environment. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with experience in call center support, transportation, freight, distribution, or supply chain operations.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers, carriers, vendors, warehouse teams, and internal departments. This position offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where communication, accuracy, follow-through, and problem-solving are highly valued. Candidates who enjoy helping customers, coordinating moving parts, and working with supportive teams will be well positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Track shipments, provide delivery updates, and communicate status changes to customers and internal teams.
- Process customer orders, update account information, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, logistics, carriers, and vendors to support on-time deliveries.
- Resolve customer concerns related to delays, missing shipments, order discrepancies, and delivery issues.
- Document customer interactions, shipment details, order updates, and issue resolution steps accurately.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $24 to $26 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Corona, CA.
