Location: 733 Fashion Drive, Columbia, SC 29229-0000 Job Summary Member Frontline Services Associate. Provides ground‑level customer service, maintains checkout and entrance/exit areas, processes transactions, handles returns, assists with safety and security, and trains new associates. Responsibilities Provides member service, resolves member issues, and promotes Sam’s Club products and services. Maintains checkout area, processes purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Assists with member transactions using self‑service technology and mobile retail applications. Maintains entrance and exit areas, verifies membership cards, and ensures a safe shopping environment. Conducts safety sweeps, reports unsafe conditions, and enforces company safety and security standards. Zones, arranges, and organizes merchandise; identifies shrink and damages. Maintains paperwork, logs, documentation and executes emergency response procedures. Trains new Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, technology, and tool functionality. Provides continuous learning and process improvement opportunities. Qualifications Retail experience, including operation of front‑end equipment such as cash registers. Compensation Hourly wage range: $18.00 to $26.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
