Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building new business? We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to develop relationships and generate new business throughout the Hampton Roads area. This is a true hunter role focused on creating opportunities, building referral partnerships, and growing a territory.

This is a 100% commission position with unlimited earning potential. There is no base salary or draw, making this opportunity ideal for someone who is confident in their ability to prospect, close new business, and build long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
• Build relationships with restoration contractors, insurance professionals, adjusters, plumbers, contractors, and property managers
• Generate qualified referrals and secure new business opportunities
• Present company services and develop solutions for customers
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
• Travel throughout an assigned territory to meet with prospective clients
• Partner with operations to ensure excellent customer service and repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside B2B sales or business development
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing new accounts
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or related industries is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• 100% Commission
• Estimated earnings: $40,000-$90,000+ annually
