Responsibilities OLEPromote sales using a variety of strategies. Generate leads and develop new accounts through the implementation of a comprehensive sales pl an.Schedule weekly sales calls and customer/prospect visi ts.Track sales activities through internal management information syst on.Build customer relationshi ps.Promote branding ima ge.Work closely with estimators, field service and engineering department to ensure positive and effective communicati on.Respond to customers bid reques ts.Analyze and interpret electrical blueprints, specifications, and addendu ms.Clarify electrical testing scope of work as needed with customer, project managers, and engineers of reco rd.Participate in bid strategy meetings as request ed.Generate final bid proposal with estimat or.Perform field job walk throu gh.Remain active with professional engineering societies and trade associatio Location This position will require 3 days a week reporting to the Pasadena office except for field job walk through and outside meetings. Compensation Full salaried exempt position will be compensated with an annual salary of 110,000$ Sales Commission for services on new facilities/equipment 1% with a 40,000$ cap Sales commissions for existing facility/equipment 4% with a 30,000$ cap Requirements BSEE or equivalent technical school 5 years of directly related work experience in the electrical field engineering services including low, medium and high voltage equipment Direct field experience in electrical power systems (e.g., switchgear, transformers, power distribution). Hands‑on knowledge of acceptance testing, commissioning, arc flash studies, or relay/GFI/infrared testing.
