About the Role

\n

\n

Eddington Law, a plaintiff personal injury firm in Denver, is hiring an experienced Case Manager to own a pre-litigation caseload from sign-up through settlement. This is a dedicated case management position — you will work your own files day to day: keeping clients informed, chasing down records and bills, and moving every case toward resolution.

\n

\n

Please read the requirements before applying. This role requires case management experience at a plaintiff personal injury law firm and fluent Spanish. Both are mandatory — applicants without them will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

- Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters from intake through settlement using Clio Manage and SmartAdvocate

\n

- Serve as the main point of contact for your clients — regular status updates, questions answered, and empathetic support throughout their case

\n

- Request, track, and organize medical records, medical bills, and police reports

\n

- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel

\n

- Track and protect case deadlines, calendars, and statutes of limitations

\n

- Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation

\n

- Keep case statuses and notes current in SmartAdvocate on every file, every time

\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n

REQUIRED — please do not apply without both of these:

\n

- Bilingual in English and Spanish — fluency in both languages is a MANDATORY requirement for this role. You will speak with Spanish-speaking clients daily.

\n

- Case management experience at a plaintiff personal injury law firm. You have carried your own PI caseload before. (Insurance adjusting, defense-side work, and other practice areas are not a substitute for this.)

Also required:

\n

\n

- Working knowledge of the pre-litigation process: treatment tracking, records and billing, demands, and settlement

\n

- Excellent phone presence and written communication

\n

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

\n

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

\n

\n

Preferred: experience with Clio and SmartAdvocate, PI/medical terminology familiarity, notary certification

\n

\n

Compensation & Benefits

- $45,000–$65,000 based on experience

\n
