We take pride in delivering high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on schedule. POSITION OVERVIEWWe are seeking a Skilled Utility Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hands on experience in underground utility installation and general site work. You will work alongside operators and foreman to complete water, sewer, and storm drain projects safely and efficiently.RESPONSIBILITESAssist with installation of water, sewer, and storm drain systemsPerform trenching, pipe laying, backfilling, and site cleanupOperate and maintain small hand tools and power tools safelySupport Equipment Operators and Foreman as neededFollow all company and OSHA safety procedures on siteQUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in Civil Site Construction or underground utility workAbility to lift 50+lbs and work outdoors in varying conditionsReliable transportation to and from job sitesStrong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to safetyWillingness to learn and grow within the company SCHEDULEMonday- Friday, starting at 7:00am (based on project need)Overtime may be available  WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive hourly pay: $18-$25/Hour (based on experience)Health Insurance Coverage401(K) with Company MatchOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive, team-oriented environment
