Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Pediatric Anesthesiologist at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) in California. Great Patient Population Services will be provided Sunday through Saturday, between 0000 and 2359. Shift schedule typically 8.5 to 16 hours, with flexibility required based on daily case schedule to support patient care. On call with call‑back (average around two call backs per month). Freedom from Malpractice Insurance worries. Salary to be determined; employee or 1099 status available in the range of $200 to $250 per hour. Responsibilities Provide pediatric anesthesiology care for patients at NMCSD, including pre‑operative assessment, intra‑operative management, and post‑operative care during regular shifts and on‑call periods. Qualifications Board certification in Anesthesiology from the American Board of Anesthesiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Anesthesiology. Completion of an accredited residency approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in California. Minimum one year of experience in anesthesiology. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
