Job Description

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including comprehensive physical exams and meticulous medical history analysis
• Aid in assessing and diagnosing surgical issues by interpreting imaging studies and lab results
• Work in harmony with surgeons to formulate and implement tailored surgical treatment strategies
• Provide essential intraoperative assistance, which includes preparing surgical environments, ensuring optimal patient positioning, and efficiently passing instruments
• Deliver outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care, covering medication management, wound care, discharge processes, and patient education

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completed clinical rotations with a focus on surgical procedures is highly preferred

Certifications

• Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications mandated
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
